Your honest feedback here helps determine whether this training delivers on what it set out to do — and whether it can be replicated for providers across the country.

One more thing: you’ll receive two follow-up surveys from us — one at two weeks and one at six weeks after you complete this one. They are short and designed to measure how this training is showing up in your actual practice over time. That longitudinal piece is important. It’s how we know whether this works in the real world, not just on paper.
